VintPulse Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17/09/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of VintPulse and the subscription to its plans.

1. Service and contact

VintPulse is a digital market analysis service.

Website: https://www.vintpulse.com. Contact: vintpulse@gmail.com.

2. Service description

VintPulse is a market analysis tool primarily intended for people who buy or sell products on second-hand platforms.

VintPulse may show observed prices, products sold or detected as sold, estimated or average time to sale, active competition, market trends, comparisons, seller tracking and signals calculated from available data.

Specific features depend on the selected plan. VintPulse is a decision-support tool and does not guarantee sales, profitability, future demand or economic results.

3. Independence from Vinted

VintPulse is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorized or endorsed by Vinted. References to Vinted are used only to identify the platform or market being analyzed.

4. User account

Some features require an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, not transfer the account without authorization and report unauthorized access.

VintPulse may apply reasonable security measures, limit sessions or temporarily block access where there are indications of abuse, fraud or a security risk.

5. Registration and DEMO

When public registration is enabled, users may create an account using the methods available at that time. DEMO mode may allow part of the product to be explored without subscribing to a plan or providing a card.

The content, limits and duration of DEMO mode may change to prevent abuse or reflect product changes.

6. Plans and limits

VintPulse currently offers Starter, Reseller and Elite plans. Current functional and capacity limits are shown on the website or inside the account.

  • Starter: up to 1 own product analyzed.
  • Reseller: up to 3 own products and additional features.
  • Elite: up to 5 own products and access to advanced features.

7. Prices

Current commercial prices are Starter: €19 per month, Reseller: €29 per month and Elite: €49 per month. Prices are expressed in euros.

Any applicable tax information will be shown, where relevant, according to the configuration and conditions in force at the time of purchase.

8. Subscription and automatic renewal

Paid plans operate as recurring monthly subscriptions. Unless the user cancels, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and Stripe will attempt to charge the applicable amount using the saved payment method.

9. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. VintPulse does not directly store full bank card details. Stripe may apply its own security, authentication and fraud prevention measures, including 3D Secure where necessary.

10. Plan upgrades

When a user changes to a higher plan during an ongoing period, VintPulse may calculate a proportional amount for the remaining time. Before confirming the upgrade, the system may show the amount to be charged immediately.

11. Plan downgrades

Downgrades are normally scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Until then, the user keeps the current plan. If the new plan allows fewer active products, VintPulse may ask the user to select which products to keep or apply the applicable capacity rules.

12. Cancellation

The user may request cancellation from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. No further renewals are made after the end date and access remains available until the current period ends.

13. Failed payments and authentication

If a payment fails or requires additional authentication, Stripe may send communications and Stripe-hosted links to update the payment method, complete authentication or confirm a payment. During non-payment, access to paid features may be limited according to the actual subscription status.

14. Refunds

Voluntary refunds outside legally recognized rights will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights applicable to consumers under the law.

15. Consumer rights

Where consumer protection law applies, legally applicable withdrawal rights and other non-waivable rights will be respected. For any request related to a purchase, the user may contact vintpulse@gmail.com.

16. Permitted use

The user may not access systems or accounts without authorization, bypass security measures, resell or redistribute access without permission, automate abusive use, copy VintPulse databases or interfaces in bulk, or conduct unlawful activities.

17. Data and metrics

Displayed data may come from public information, observations made at different times, internal calculations and classification or verification processes. It may contain delays, errors, incomplete values, later changes, inferences or estimates and does not guarantee future results.

18. Availability

VintPulse will try to keep the service reasonably available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, technical incidents, providers, external platforms, network issues or force majeure.

19. Service changes

VintPulse may modify, improve, replace or remove features when needed to evolve the product, maintain security or adapt to technical or legal changes.

20. Intellectual property

The user receives only a limited, personal and non-exclusive right to use the service while they have legitimate access. The purchase does not transfer ownership rights in VintPulse software, brand, design, methodology, databases or documentation.

21. Limitation of liability

VintPulse is not responsible for purchase, sale or pricing decisions made exclusively from its metrics. This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

22. Support

The general support channel is vintpulse@gmail.com. Additional channels may be available depending on the plan.

23. Changes to the Terms

VintPulse may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements or operational improvements. Where changes are relevant to paying users, reasonable notice will be provided before they take effect where applicable.

24. Applicable law and consumers

These Terms will be interpreted under applicable law. Users who qualify as consumers retain the mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections granted by consumer protection law.
