This Privacy Policy explains how VintPulse processes personal data from users, customers and people who contact the service.

1. Service and contact

Service: VintPulse

Website: https://www.vintpulse.com

Email: vintpulse@gmail.com

2. Data we may process

Depending on how the service is used, VintPulse may process account, authentication, subscription and billing data, contact details, technical and security data, and analytics and browsing data.

Account and authentication: we may process email, verification status, internal identifiers, session information, the access method used and the technical information needed to authenticate the user. When Google Login is used, VintPulse may receive the information needed to identify and authenticate the account according to the configured scope.

Subscription and billing: we may process the selected plan, subscription status, billing period dates, plan changes, payment status and Stripe customer, subscription, invoice or payment identifiers. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by VintPulse.

Contact: when a person uses the contact form, we may process their name, email and message content.

Technical and security data: we may process an IP address when needed to operate or protect the service, basic browser or device information, technical logs, security events and session identifiers.

Analytics: VintPulse may use analytics tools to understand visited pages, campaign source or UTMs, interaction with certain sections, clicks, scroll depth and basic technical browsing information.

3. Purposes

Data may be used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, provide VintPulse features, manage subscriptions and payments, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain technical and security logs, comply with legal obligations, and analyze website use to improve the product.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the processing, the legal bases may be performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention, service protection and operational improvement, and consent where required for specific processing.

5. Providers and recipients

Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, authentications and communications related to Billing.

Google may be involved when the user uses Google Login.

Vercel may provide infrastructure, technical services and analytics tools for the landing page and other components.

Google Analytics may be used to measure website use and understand how users interact with certain pages or sections.

The contact form uses Formspree to receive messages sent from the landing page. When the form is submitted, the entered data is transmitted to this provider so the request can be delivered to VintPulse.

Hosting, email, security, monitoring or support providers may also be used when necessary.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, those transfers will be carried out using the mechanisms and safeguards applicable to the provider used.

7. Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and thereafter for the periods needed to meet legal, security or liability requirements. The specific duration may depend on the type of data and each provider's configuration.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

VintPulse uses cookies and similar technologies for technical functions of the site and may use analytics tools to understand website use and improve the product.

The cookie notice available on the website provides information about this use. Users can manage certain cookies through browser settings, bearing in mind that disabling some technologies may affect operation or certain site measurements.

9. Rights

Where applicable, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent when processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, write to vintpulse@gmail.com. Reasonable information may be requested to verify the applicant's identity.

10. Complaints

If a person believes that their data processing infringes the law, they may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Spain, the supervisory authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

11. Minors

VintPulse is not specifically directed at minors. People who do not have sufficient legal capacity to contract should not independently subscribe to a paid plan.

12. Security

VintPulse applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts and data. These may include session controls, email verification, secure authentication and separation of certain operational data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect technical, legal or product changes. Where changes are substantial, affected users will be informed appropriately where possible.
